Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Outdoor Dog Co. Because our boxes are curated and contain perishable items (like dog treats), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read the following carefully before subscribing:


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of subscription boxes or individual items.

  • All sales are final once the seasonal cut-off date has passed.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theoutdoordogco@gmail.com.

  • We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us investigate.

  • A replacement item or partial refund will be arranged at our discretion.


3. Allergies & Safety

  • Some boxes may include edible treats for dogs. It is your responsibility to check ingredients for allergens before feeding them to your dog.

  • We are not liable for any illness, injury, or reaction caused by misuse or failure to check ingredients.


4. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled before the seasonal cut-off date.

  • If you cancel after the cut-off date, you will still be billed and your box will be shipped as scheduled. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

  • Once your box has been dispatched, no refunds will be given.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If a refund has been agreed but you haven’t received it, first check your bank or credit card provider.

  • If the refund still does not appear, please contact us at [insert email].
