Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At The Outdoor Dog Co, we aim to keep subscriptions flexible and fair. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Purchase Options

We currently offer two subscription plans:

• Quarterly Plan – £55 per box

  • Billed every 3 months in advance

  • One payment = one seasonal box

• Monthly Plan – £20 per month

  • Billed monthly

  • One seasonal box shipped every 3 months

2. Cancellations & Pauses

• Subscriptions may be cancelled, skipped, or paused anytime before the seasonal cut-off date (you’ll see this clearly shown at checkout + in your account).

• Cancellations after the cut-off date will still be billed, and your box will be shipped as planned.

• After your final box has shipped, your subscription will end or pause as requested.

3. Renewal

• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the seasonal cut-off date.

• By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments (monthly or quarterly, depending on your plan).

4. Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the seasonal cut-off date.

• Damaged or faulty items are covered separately under our [Returns & Refund Policy].
