At The Outdoor Dog Co, we want your seasonal box to arrive safely and on time so you and your pup can enjoy your adventures without delay.


1. Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription boxes are shipped quarterly aiming for Jan,April,July,October.  

  • Customers will be notified by email once their box has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Service

  • Tracking information will be provided with your dispatch email.


3. Delivery Times

  • UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods (e.g., Christmas).


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK shipping is included in your subscription price.

  • Any additional one-off purchases (e.g., gift boxes or shop add-ons) will show shipping costs at checkout.


5. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • We are unable to ship internationally at this time.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your box has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at theoutdoordogco@gmail.com

  • We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we will do our best to help track it down.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your box arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

  • Replacement items or refunds will be arranged at our discretion (see Refund Policy for details).


8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered boxes due to incorrect details entered at checkout.
