Welcome to The Outdoor Dog Co. By subscribing to our boxes or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Outdoor Dog Co is a UK-based subscription box service delivering seasonal items for dogs and their humans.

2. Subscription Service

  • Plans: Subscriptions are available as quarterly (£55 per box) or monthly (£20/month) options.

  • Billing: Monthly plans are billed monthly; quarterly plans are billed every three months, in advance.

  • Cut-off dates: Cancellations, pauses, or skips must be made before the seasonal cut-off date. Cancellations after the cut-off will still be billed and your box will be shipped as planned.

  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the cut-off date.

3. Shipping

  • Boxes are shipped quarterly (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter). 

  • Shipping costs are included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays once parcels are with the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at theoutdoordogco.gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the seasonal cut-off date.

5. Products

  • Box contents vary each season. Images shown on our website or social media are examples only.

  • We may substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • All treats are intended for dogs only - please check ingredients for allergens before use.

6. Cancellations & Pauses

  • You may cancel, pause, or skip a box by logging into your account or contacting us before the seasonal cut-off date.

  • Any cancellations after this date will still be billed and your box shipped.

7. Use of the Website

  • All content on our website (text, images, branding) is owned by The Outdoor Dog Co and may not be copied without permission.

  • You must not misuse the site, attempt fraud, or interfere with subscription processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any injury or loss caused by misuse of products included in the box.

  • Reactions to food/treats — it is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before feeding to their dog.

  • Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
